396 Days Since Gordon & Mark completed their cycle

Gordon and Mark finished their JOGLE at 11.43 on Tuesday the 5th of June -some 909 miles in just 9 & 1/2 days!

Thank you to everyone who sponsored us. We will post the total amount we have raised on the website shortly.

Gordon Gray and Mark Andrews are about to undertake cycle challenge from John O Groats to Lands End (JOGLE) in May of this year to raise funds for the Neonatal Unit at Wishaw General Hospital, North Lanarkshire.

They are raising funds for the Unit as Gordon's daughter Erin was cared for there last summer having been born 15 weeks early at only 25 weeks gestation. From a birth weight of only 1lb 10oz, she is now a healthy 10 month baby for which Gordon and his wife Karen are eternally grateful to the hospital.

As a way of thanks Gordon and his good friend and Godfather to Erin, Mark, are undertaking the cycle challenge - 1000 miles in 8 to 10 days (hopefully more like the 8!) to help the Unit buy some new equipment.

Although the Unit is funded by the NHS, some of their vital specialised equipment is procured by way of donations. We feel that without such state of the art equipment, Erin would not be with us today and as such we are compelled to try and raise as much as possible for the Unit.

Please sponsor us via the 'Click to Donate' button on the left.
